During my internship at Kohl's, I collaborated with a team of interns on a significant marketing and branding project involving Kohl's, Toys "R" Us, and Lamaze International. We developed a detailed strategy that considered the values, pricing, costs, risks, and benefits for all three brands, aiming to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
To bring this strategy to life, I contributed to the design aspects of the project, focusing on creating visually compelling content that would be featured on Kohl's website, email campaigns, and social media platforms. Each design element was crafted to reflect the essence of the collaboration, from engaging web layouts to promotional email designs and eye-catching social media graphics. This project required a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines, as we aimed to deliver designs that were both aesthetically pleasing and effective in communicating the collaborative effort.
The experience of working on this project was incredibly rewarding, as it allowed me to apply my design skills in a real-world setting while also contributing to a significant marketing initiative. It was a valuable learning experience that enhanced my understanding of the complexities of brand collaboration and digital marketing.
